This stand custom fits the high capacity battery packs if attached to the radio. It features a USB-C connector which mates with the USB-C port in the battery and allows charging when the radio with the battery is resting in the stand. The radio is positioned with a 15 degree angle to make the display better visible. The cable has an USB-C to USB-A adapter. It can be plugged in to USB-A, USB-C, USB-C QC and USB-C PD port to charge the battery. It is possible to have the radio on for monitoring and transmitting while in the charger.
